What is included
Volume 1 — Hot Wallet Activity Log
Date, wallet label, address (abbreviated), transaction type, amount, fee, running balance column, and initials. Space for forty entries per page across forty-eight pages, plus an index of wallet labels at the front.
Volume 2 — Cold Storage Inventory
Device label, manufacturer, derivation path notes, address list, physical storage location (safe, deposit box, etc.), last verified date, and witness signature block for transfers. Designed for hardware wallets, paper wallets, and multisig setups.
Volume 3 — Quarterly Reconciliation
Quarterly checklist, per-wallet balance snapshot fields, discrepancy notes, and a summary page for each quarter. Includes our four-step reconciliation procedure printed on the inside cover.
Also included: Serial-numbered tamper-evident spine seal, printed format guide (12 pages), and a filing sleeve labelled with your bundle serial number.

Provider and process
Produced entirely in our Incheon bindery by Portal Heathercore staff. After you submit an inquiry, we confirm format details by email, assign a serial number, and enter your bundle into the production queue (Monday start for orders confirmed by Thursday). Binding, trimming, and quality check take five to seven business days. Domestic shipping is via tracked courier.
Preparation
Before ordering, gather a list of your active wallets with labels you intend to use in the journal. Decide whether you need witness signature blocks (add-on available). If you hold more than six wallets, mention this in your inquiry — we may recommend a fourth volume.
Constraints
Journals are printed in English. Page layouts are fixed; extensive customisation requires a layout consultation (₩35,000). We do not print seed phrases inside custody volumes — use the dedicated backup sheets for recovery information.
